In this step, you'll have a conversation with Montérno to define your financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferred investment strategies with a financial advisor or expert to identify the best investment opportunities for you.
Montérno will conduct thorough research and analysis of potential investment properties. This includes evaluating factors like location, market trends, property condition, and rental income potential. They'll present you with a portfolio of vetted properties, helping you make informed decisions based on data and expert insights.
After reviewing the portfolio of vetted properties, the client has the opportunity to select the properties that align with their investment goals and preferences. Once chosen, the properties are approved for operations. This step ensures that the client has a say in building their investment portfolio tailored to their needs and objectives
At this stage, the client provides the necessary funds to acquire the selected investment properties. This can involve arranging financing, transferring capital, or any other financial actions required to secure the investments. Adequate funding is crucial to move forward with the property acquisitions and the broader investment strategy.
Once the properties are funded and acquired, Montérno takes on the comprehensive management of these assets. This includes property acquisition, design, professional photography, property staging, and listing on rental markets. Montérno ensures that all the tasks involved in maintaining and optimizing the properties are expertly managed, minimizing the client's hands-on involvement in property management. This step streamlines the investment process and maximizes the potential returns while minimizing client effort.
After the properties are prepared and listed for rent, rental income starts to flow in. Montérno manages all aspects of rental income collection, including tenant relations, rental collection, property maintenance, and dealing with any rental-related issues. This step ensures a steady income stream for the client, making the investment more hands-off and hassle-free, as Montérno takes care of the day-to-day property management tasks.
